2015 Jersey Design Contest!

CALLING ILLUSTRATORS & DESIGNERS:

Bike Maryland and Hill Killer Apparel Co. are hosting a 2015 Jersey Design Contest. This jersey will be sold at Bike Maryland’s 2015 events, such as Larry’s Ride and Tour du Port and on our website. Sales are a primary fundraisers for our organization! Designs are encouraged to feature high visibility colors, the Bike Maryland logo, and/or a message to promote the three-foot law. Check out past jersey designs on our Merchandise page and contestants are welcome to use any of these public design assets, strictly for the jersey design.

CONTEST TIMELINE

January 27, 2015 – Contest begins

• Rules, design templates, submission procedures posted. Artwork submissions accepted on the Hill Killer Apparel Co. website.

February 24, 2015 – Design submission period ends

• Last day to send in submissions for the 2015 Bike Maryland jersey design contest.

February 26, 2015 – Online voting begins

• Selected jersey designs will be posted on Bike Maryland and Hill Killer Apparel Facebook page – fans will “vote” by liking the design they prefer.

March 12, 2015 – Online voting closes

• Votes will be counted and the design with the most Facebook likes will be selected for final consideration.

March 17, 2015 – Winning jersey is announced at Bike Maryland’s Annual Symposium and online at hillkiller.com

PRIZES

• Grand prize:
  • $100 gift certificate to hillkiller.com
  • 2015 Bike Maryland kit
  • Annual membership to Bike Maryland
  • Tour du Port complimentary registration

• Second place prize:
  • Annual membership to Bike Maryland
  • Tour du Port complimentary registration

• Third place prize:
  • Annual membership to Bike Maryland
