Tour du Port 2015: Calling All Exhibitors!

Bike Maryland’s 22nd Annual Tour du Port will be Sunday, September 27, 2015 out of Canton Waterfront Park in Baltimore City. We are looking forward to a bigger and better event, with three road routes and one urban adventure that explores the varied single track within city limits. In 2014, there were 1,000 paid registrants, hundreds of community members, and 20 exhibitors who attended Tour du Port despite our date change. We anticipate this year will far surpass those numbers!

We would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor for $250. This fee includes your table, chairs, lunch wrist bands for your employees who will staff the booth and it also includes sponsorship of our free non-profit bicycle partners (leadership and volunteers of bicycle advocacy groups and clubs across the state) who will exhibit. You are encouraged to sell your merchandise and market your brand! Your name and logo will be included in the correspondence with our non-profit partners who will be benefiting from free tables and lunch and your company will be promoted as an exhibitor on the www.tourduport.org website, social media pages, and registration emails.

Please email Emily Ranson if you would like to attend and please send a high resolution image of your logo by May 22nd so we can include your sponsorship and logo in our invitation to Maryland non-profits.
