Ride the MARC Bike Car on Bike to Work Day

Want to join up in the Bike to Work Day fun but have a long commute on the MARC Train? Want to take biking a little beyond biking to the station?
The MARC Bike Car will have limited service on Friday, May 20th for Bike to Work Day! Here is the schedule from the Maryland Transit Administration:

Penn Line:
Train 511 (5:40am departure from Perryville / 6:25am departure from Penn Station)
Train 413 (6:45am departure from Penn Station)
Train 634 (4:40pm departure from Union Station)
Train 642 (5:45pm departure from Penn Station)
In addition, the car will run on these Brunswick Line trains:
Train 892 (6:05am departure from Frederick)
Train 893 (5:20pm departure from Union Station)
Note that the cars will run to and from Frederick; there will be no Bike Car service from West Virginia stations, Brunswick, or Point of Rocks.
Bike to Work Day is a special day, and we have to give a hearty thanks to the MTA for hooking up the bike car for it. Throughout the year you can ride MARC Penn Line trains with your full-sized bicycle on Saturdays and Sundays. During the weekday you may bring a folding bicycle on all lines.
